Children and Dogs

Sunday School

Sunday School is for those under 20. Sunday School is activity-based or discussion based learning about God and the Bible. The 10 Commandments, the Beatitudes, and the Sermon on the Mount are leading themes, as well as how to pray for yourself and the world.

Because our Society holds service in the Victorian and by ZOOM video-conferencing, and due to our small size, we ask parents to contact us by emailing csaspen.org at least the day before to make sure Sunday School is available.

Very young children can be cared for in our nursery by a parent (or by a church member if not needed for other church activities) where the church service is piped in.

Children may also sit in the church edifice and listen to the church service.

Sunday School

Sunday School is for those under the age of 20, and meets at the same time as our Church Services.

Dogs

Well-behaved dogs are welcome to join our church service. We ask that they be leashed during the service.

The Victorian has the advantage of having a back pew slightly separated from the others. Many find this handy for family or dog care … or simply when they come in well after the church service starts.

All are welcome!!

The sharp experiences of belief in the supposititious life of matter, as well as our disappointments and ceaseless woes, turn us like tired children to the arms of divine Love.
